Appointments / Booking
- We recommend booking your appointment in advance.
- You may book online, call us directly, or visit us for walk-in service.
- If you have difficulty booking online, please call us and we will help arrange a suitable time for you.
Cancellations / No Show
- Please provide at least 5 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- In case of emergencies, kindly call the salon directly to notify us.
- Last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Late Arrival
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.
- Arriving late may require rescheduling or a shortened service time.
- In some cases, unfinished services may need a separate appointment to be completed.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, debit card, and mobile payment options.
- All sales for services and products are non-refundable.
- If there are any issues with your service, please contact the salon within 24–48 hours.
- We offer free touch-ups for any nail issues within 10 days of your service.
Right to Refuse
- Individuals with contagious nail conditions or health issues that may be affected by our services.
- Individuals with open wounds or infections in the treatment area.
- Anyone displaying rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. We aim to maintain a safe, relaxing environment for all clients and staff.
Communication
- We take great pride in providing high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- After you confirm satisfaction with the technician, complimentary adjustments cannot be provided.
- Once you leave the salon, it is understood that you are satisfied with your service. Please inform us during your appointment if you need adjustments.
Salon Service
- At Amethyst Nail & Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- During peak hours or when additional care is needed, another technician may assist to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
- On weekends or busy times, a short wait may occur even with an appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
